Manoli’s is a fine dining Greek restaurant located in Salt Lake City. Owned and operated by husband and wife duo Manoli Katsanevas and Katrina Cutrubus. The restaurant has won numerous accolades including a James Beard award nomination in 2023 for outstanding hospitality.
The restaurant suffered a cataclysmic end to 2022 suffering extensive water damage that saw the restaurant close for five months. The restaurant re-opened May 16th 2023; we covered the re-opening and what to expect in this story.
