Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, May 10th this year, and with it, a mammoth amount of buffets and dining specials at restaurants around the state. Below are all of the Mother’s Day dining options we know of in Utah this year. Please note that the information and descriptions below are provided by restaurants directly; prices listed may not include tax, gratuity, or optional drink pairings.

Restaurant notes: The Mother’s Day Buffet menu teems with elevated and extraordinary selections that range from an Ice Tower and Raw Bar to house made Sushi to the Chef’s Carving Station with Herb-Crusted Prime Rib and Cedar Plank Dill-Marinated Salmon. Breakfast Bites include Belgian Waffle and Omelet Stations. Small Bites include Braised Short Ribs and Shrimp Ceviche. Outstanding Salads, Soups and irresistible Desserts are also featured.

Restaurant notes: The experience begins with a choice of starters such as heirloom tomato panzanella with arugula pesto and fresh mozzarella, a rich croque madame with mornay and fried egg, or a vibrant fava bean salad with dill vinaigrette. For the main course, guests can enjoy everything from a savory sourdough strata with andouille sausage and parmesan to cornmeal pancakes topped with honey whipped stracciatella and strawberries, alongside lighter dishes like grilled trout with pea purée or grilled asparagus finished with tarragon hollandaise. Desserts, including a blueberry almond tart with vanilla ice cream or coconut cake with lemon curd, offer a sweet finale to the experience.
