The Salt Republic
The Salt Republic is a restaurant in the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. The restaurant is one of two dining spaces in the hotel, the other being Mar | Muntanya. The Hyatt also features a cocktail lounge – Contribution. Both The Salt Republic and Contribution Cocktail Lounge are overseen by chef Ryan Olivas.
The Salt Republic is open seven days a week and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours are as followsL
Breakfast – 6.30 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
Lunch – 11.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.
Dinner – 5.00 p..m. – 10.00 p.m.
