Adelaide Urban Brasserie – interior

Adelaide Urban Brasserie is a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.  The brasserie is located in the Le Meridien hotel at 131 South 300 West.   The restaurant formally opened on February 8th 2023 and is open for lunch and dinner.   You can find the launch menu on our sister site SLC menu.

The company writes that “Le Meridien Downtown Salt Lake City’s signature restaurant, Adelaide, is a modern interpretation of the French Colonial Cuisine that adorned Louisiana and New Orleans at the turn of the century. The menu’s approach to elevated farm to table pays homage to the traditional cooking of the South.”

The Le Meridien is expected to arrive with 144 guestrooms, approximately 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop bar, and the Adelaide Restaurant & Bar, featuring elevated farm-to-table southern cuisine.
