Stanza is a fine dining restaurant located on the Eastern edge of downtown Salt Lake City. The restaurant is known for the chef driven approach to Italian cuisine; in particular being notable for creating much of their pasta from scratch, in house.
In late 2021 ownership of Stanza changed from the orginal founders, La Salle Group. The restaurant was taken over by Zachary Howa. Long time exec chef Jonathan LeBlanc also departed the restaurant in the latter stages of 2021, being replaced by former sous chef Paul Cafaro.
Talking to Gastronomic SLC, Howa confirmed that no major changes would occur at Stanza following the change in ownership and head chef; long time guests can expect the restaurant to continue as is.
