Zachary Howa is a chef and restaurateur in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. After spending significant time out of state and country at a range of fine dining locations, Howa returned to SLC taking ownership of Stanza, from the former owners, La Salle Group.
Howa is also spearheading teh brand new food hall and bar concept as part of Woodbine Hospitality and their work in the Granary District.
