Cafe Niche Brunch buffet – menu $30 for adults and $12 for children 12 and under. Chef Morrison’s focus is on offering farm fresh dishes with amazing flavor. Her Mother’s Day buffet is filled with entrée selections of: salmon cakes with avocado and hollandaise; scrambled local eggs, mini spinach and Swiss cheese quiches; French toast, roasted potatoes, bacon, sausage, granola and house made yogurt. Salads include: organic mixed greens with lemon vinaigrette, fruit platters and pasta salad. These join assorted pastries and muffins, house made rolls and decadent cupcakes. Starting at 11.30 a.m., Niche starts mixing mimosas and Bloody Marys. More adventurous diners can choose Adrian’s roulette cocktail.
