Oquirrh is a New American restaurant in Salt Lake City. The restaurant is a chef driven project owned and operated by Drew Fuller (previously Pago, HSL, Copper Onion) and wife Angelena. The restaurant is named after the mountain range, West of SLC.
The restaurant moves into the space left vacant by the former downtown Vertical Diner location at 368 E 100 S.
