Mar | Muntanya
Mar | Muntanya is a restaurant in the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. The restaurant is one of two dining spaces in the hotel, the other being The Salt Republic. The Hyatt also features a lobby bar – Contribution Cocktail Lounge .
Mar | Muntanya is located on the sixth floor of the hotel located next to the Sundance terrace. Tyson Peterson is the restaurant’s executive chef, who presents a menu inspired by Northern Spain, especially the Basque and Catalonian regions. Mar | Muntanya represents the third restaurant that Utahn Peterson has led with a Spanish theme. As for the menu expect tapas, wild game, a suckling pig experience, gin forward craft cocktails as well as Spanish wine and sangria.
