The Hyatt Regency is a luxury hotel in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The hotel is connected directly to the Salt Palace convention center. The property features 700 rooms including several suites, it opened in October 2022.
The hotel is home to The Salt Republic restaurant, the Spanish-themed Mar Muntanya as well asa lobby bar, Contribution Cocktail Lounge. The hotel features a ground floor snack shop called the Market.
Salt Republic opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while Mar Muntanya opens Tuesday through Saturday. Contribution Cocktail Lounge is open daily from 2.00 p.m.
