Yuta is the centerpiece restaurant of the Lodge at Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship Utah. Heading the kitchen is chef Galen Zamarra, a James Beard award winner, who called NYC home before moving to Utah.

The restaurant opened in June 2019 and is open to the public as well as guests of the resort itself.
