Nohm is a South East Asian restaurant located in the Central 9th area of Salt Lake City. The neighborhood is home to other young businesses such as Scion Cider Bar, Water Witch and The Pearl.
The restaurant owned and operated by David Chon. It is a chic and contemporary outfit with many dishes driven by the kitchen’s unique charcoal grill. The menu features both Korean and Japanese dishes, with the name itself referring to people in Korean.
Inside Nohm
Nohm is located at 165 W. 900S. in what was the former Meditrina space. It opened to the public in late 2019.
