Hub & Spoke Diner is a restaurant located in Salt Lake City, you can find it just over the road from Liberty Heights Fresh and Kyoto. The restaurant was initially part of Scott Evans‘ restaurant group which also includes names like

The restaurant was eventually taken over by Briant Stringham and Wendy Evans in 2020 who now run the business independently.
