Beltex Meats – Humanely raised, free range, non-gmo all natural turkey’s are being offered by Philip Grubisa’s butcher shop. The bird comes seasoned, “roast ready” and with cooking instructions should they be needed. Turkeys will be brined for 72 hours, finished with a garlic rub and fresh herb compound butter. Turkeys will range from 16-18lbs. Price is $6/lb.
This year Beltex also has a limited number of smoked hams available. The boneless smoked ham is smoked for 10 hours over Utah cherry wood and finished with a maple mustard glaze. Hams average 6-8lbs, and the pork is humanely raised, pastured, and never fed antibiotics or hormones. Price is $11/lb.
All orders are held with a $25 deposit. Orders can be placed in store, over the phone, at the farmers market, or online at beltexmeats.com. Pickup will be November 20-22 in store.
Buzz Cafe @ Montage Deer Valley – Offering dinner to go, $250 serving 6-8 people, orders required at least 72 hours in advance. Enjoy herb-roasted turkey served with andouille sausage and cornbread stuffing, buttermilk and Boursin cheese mashed potatoes, and preserved lemon and garlic broccolini, plus citrus-cranberry sauce, house-made brown gravy and stone ground artisan rolls. For desert, choose from caramel apple pie, oat crumble or traditional pumpkin pie.

Deer Valley Grocery Cafe – This local favorite is offering delicious sides like celery root bisque soup, Deer Valley roasted garlic mashers, spinach salad, roasted butternut squash, green beans au gratin, and sourdough apple and yam stuffing, which will make perfect compliments to your turkey, ham or other entrée being served at home. Breads and pies and cakes are also on offer, including traditional pumpkin, apple cheddar, pecan, apple, blueberry, cherry and chocolate silk pies. Caramel apple cheesecake, pumpkin Swiss roll with Deer Valley cream cheese, and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are also available. Sides, starters and desserts to-go. Hearth On 25th – This Ogden based restaurant is offering a full Thanksgiving day dinner togo. The “Turkey Feast” to feed six is priced at $126. Dessert is an additional $12 with choice of two options and extra meat is $8 per pound. Last orders required by November 18th.

Kasier’s BBQ – Providing custom smoked Turkeys for $69.00. The 20 pound bird has a shrinkage of about 4 pounds and will feed pproximately 10 people. You decide how you would like your turkey smoked: using oak or using mesquite, rubbed or mopped. Birds are available for both Wednesday and Thanksgiving day pickup. Windy Ridge Bakery – One of Park City’s best bakers offering a range of pies and quiches sure to enhance your dinner or make a delightful and delicious house warmer. All pies are in an 11-inch deep dish and should serve 8-10 people generously. Prices $23-$35.
