Cupbop is a Utah based fast food chain, that operates both food trucks and bricks and mortar locations. The menu is build around grab and go bowls, using traditional Korean ingredients like japchae noodles and bulgogi beef. The restaurant’s also offer a number of sauces ranging 1-10 on the heat scale.
The business appeared on NBC’s Shark Tank TV show in May 2022 being successful in their pitch; the business secured $1 million from entrepreneur Mark Cuban, for a 5% share in the business.
