SLC Eatery
SLC Eatery is a fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City. The restaurant is the work of co-chefs Paul Chamberlain and Logen Crew. The duo first met cooking at the much-missed Fresco Italian Cafe.
SLC Eatery is a New American restaurant whose menu not only changes with the seasons but also with every evening! The restaurant offers a unique dining room cart, much like Chinese dim sum, that roams the dining room every night. The cart offers small plates, that patrons can grab and graze on, addition to the ala carte offerings. You can read more about our first impressions of SLC Eatery here.
