SLC Eatery is a fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City. The restaurant is the work of co-chefs Paul Chamberlain and Logen Crew. The duo first met cooking at the much missed Fresco Italian Cafe.
SLC Eatery is a New American restaurant whose menu not only changes with the seasons, but also with every evening! The restaurant offers a unique dining room cart, much like Chinese dim sum, that roams the dining room every night.
