About One O Eight

The basics

One 0 Eight is a New American restaurant on the East side of Salt Lake City. The restaurant replaced the former Sea Salt restaurant and is owned and operated by chef James Dumas. Previous Dumas ran the kitchen at High West in Park City. Following High West's purchase by Constellation Brands, Dumas decided to strike out on his own.

One 0 Eight offers a seasonal New American menu with more than a few nods to European cuisines. The restaurant is open six days a week, has a full bar, and already become a neighborhood hot spot.
