De Los Muertos Mexican Kitchen is a Mexican restaurant located in Sugar House. The restaurant opened in the Spring of 2022 and is found in the same plaza as Spitz, SOMI and Tea Bar – right next door to the Sugar House Traeger location.
The restaurant features a colorful outdoor patio, as seen below, as well as a menu that is centered around Monterrey style burritos. The menu also includes tacos, bowls and several house special cocktails.
The restaurant is operated by chef Aza Torres. The restaurant states it is “inspired by recipes hand down through the generation. Our goal is to bring you a new twist on classic Mexican street food favorites.
