Eggsburgh is a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City. The restaurant is the latest to open in the ground floors space on the South West corner of the Peery Hotel.
The restaurant opens early for both breakfast and lunch with a menu focused around egg dishes such as omelets, benedicts and hearty plates. You can see the full menu on our sister site SLC menu here.
