Birdhouse Chicken is a restaurant located in the 9th and 9th area of SLC. The restaurant opened in September 2019 by restaurateur Scott Evans. The restaurant joins Evans' original restaurant Pago in the same neighborhood – as well as adjoining East Liberty Tap House.
Unlike the adjacent East Liberty Tap House which is license as a bar (21+ only), Birdhouse chicken is licensed as a restaurant. That means the whole family can enjoy a meal here.
