Set to occupy a lower-level space on the west side of the Main Street bridge at City Creek Center, AQUA TERRA Steak + Sushi will deliver a curated and intentional dining experience in a sleek but approachable atmosphere. Premium steak and wild game cuts, a wide-ranging sushi, omakase and crispy rice menu, and an array of sake cocktails and wine offerings highlight an elevated dining experience.
The new restaurant concept is operated by Ascend Hospitality Group, a Black-and-female-led restaurant group with locations in Utah, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona.
