Mi Buena Vida – bar area
Buena Vida is a Mexican restaurant in the 15th and 15th neighborhood, moving into the spot left vacant by La Trattoria Di Francesco. You can find the menu on our sister site SLC menu here.
The restaurant is owned and operated by local restaurateur Alan Galeano who also runs the popular El Cubasco in Park City. In a 2022 interview with the Salt Lake Tribune Galeano confirmed the restaurant would focus on affordable Mexican food, “priced in the same range as what Caputo’s — a few doors south at 1500 East — charges for sandwiches. A burrito, he said, would average about $16.”
