Homecoming – Southern Fried Kitchen & Bar
Homecoming – Southern Fried Kitchen & Bar is a restaurant expected to land at 77 W and 200 S. The space was formerly home to Olive Garden in downtown SLC.
The restaurant is part of the BonPatt Restaurant Group, which runs several other local restaurants including the nearby Fat Jack’s Burger Emporium. According to Homecoming’s website, chef Andrew Carraway is the name in the kitchen. The restaurant aims to bring a taste of the South stating on their site
“We’re all about recreating the heritage behind Southern cooking while using elevated ingredients like Kobe Beef, Mary’s organic chicken, Niman Ranch Beef as well as organic locally sourced produce and grains.”
