Neutral Ground is a restaurant located in Salt Lake City. The menu offers a mix of Cajun, Creole and Southern cuisines overseen by chef Cosette Moss (a Blending Utah born chef who has also cooked in Seattle and Los Angeles) and sou Stefan Bach. Dishes include sections such as fried green tomatoes, mussel arrabbiata, Southern carbonara, blackened alligator tacos and flatbreads.
Mikey Halliday oversees the bar program and Matthew Sheridan is the GM.
