Recapping what local food writers have been raving about in Utah

As ever, Alex Springer has been the most prolific since our last recap. Springer tackles La Lola Taco (Murray), Felt Bar & Eatery (Downtown SLC), The Brick (SLC, their ceviche pictured top), local pubs with old-world vibes, Trolley Cottage Cafe (SLC), Soup & Sip (West Valley City), before finishing up with a roundup of patio dining (SLC) spots.

Also in the City Weekly, Aimee L. Cook recalls a day exploring some of SLC’s Asian spots (various), Lily Springer rounds up a selection of hot pot restaurants, while Michael Lee gets to grips with pop-up restaurants (various).
