Eleven full year bar licenses were available going into the April meeting, with three applicants on the agenda:
- High West Distillery, Park City
- Mono Tape Club, Salt Lake City
- Apparition, Salt Lake City
Both High West and Mono Tape left the meeting with a bar license in hand.
Full-service restaurant licenses (beer, wine, liquor)
57 year round full-service licenses were available in Utah at the start of the meeting, with the following 10 names all securing one:
- Smothered Burrito 2, Salt Lake City
- Landmark Grill, Midvale
- Swain’s at CB&M LLC, Roosevelt
- Annie’s Cafe, Bountiful
- Wild Peru, Taylorsville
- Wing Nutz, St. George
- Hampton Inn and Suites, Salt Lake City
- Catracho’s Restaurant 2, West Valley City
- Street Eats Sunset, St. George
- Conestoga Ranch, Garden City
Limited-service restaurant licenses (beer, wine)\
Eight more businesses were approved in this category, including:
- Black Bear Diner, Layton
- Gold Fish Asian Bistro, Herriman
- Sidecar Cafe, St. George
- The Angry Korean, South Jordan
- Parea, Salt Lake City (pictured top, read more here)
- Keyaki Sushi LLC, Midvale
- Expedition Eighty8, Moab
- Kura Sushi, Salt Lake City
Beer-only restaurant licenses
Lastly, a duo of names were approved in this category:
- Burgers by Guayoyo LLC, Millcreek
