Jen Gilroy is a chef and restaurateur in Salt Lake City, Utah. Gilroy owns and operates the popular Meditrina and Porch restaurants.
Both restaurants are upscale American restaurants. Meditrina focuses on a small plates/tapas approach whereas Porch leans more into Gilroy's Southern roots.
Meditrina is located in the trendy Central 9th neighborhood having moved in 2018 from the original Ballpark neighborhood. Porch meanwhile is located in the Daybreak community, ostensibly offering the most elevated dining experience in the area.
