Hot Buns was a walk up window attached to Copper Common in downtown Salt Lake City.
Hot Buns was originally conceived as a Chinese restaurant with mid 2019 opening date. The original plan would see chef Tommy Nguyen (Post Office Place, Rye, Takashi) cook up yo a small plates menu; this evolved when the restaurant opened in January 2023 – now offering items like burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches.
