Alan Galeano is a restauteur located in Utah. Galeano is perhaps most well known for his Park City Mexican restaurant El Chubasco. In 2022 Galeano was interviewed by the Salt Lake Tribune reckoning the operator to run eight businesses in total in the state.
In 2023 Galeano opened Buena Vida – a Mexican restaurant in the 15th and 15th neighborhood. The restaurant replaces the former Trattoria Di Frances, and The Paris before that.
