Curbside pickup – Utah restaurants – Gastronomic Salt Lake City

In light of the current coronavirus spread in Utah residents are being advised to limit how often they venture out into public. As a result restaurants are being affected by the significant downtown in foot traffic to their businesses. In an industry that already operates on razor thin margins, both businesses and jobs are now at risk.

With this in mind, many restaurants are now offering curbside service (and direct delivery too). This means you call your order in over the phone and pay there and then with a card. You drive up to the restaurant and call the business to tell them you’ve arrived. The business will run your order out to your car. No cash or cards change hands, and neither you nor the restaurant staff need to risk unnecessary exposure to one another.

Curbside pickup is a great way to eat well, practice social distancing and also support employees of industry who are particularly at risk, both financially and health wise. Here’s the full list of businesses with confirmed curbside pickup in Utah, we’re updating multiple times per day.
