As of the start of May 2020 Governor Herbert signed off on allowing certain restaurants to begin re-opening with a number of careful caveats. Self service style restaurants (e.g. most buffets) are still closed and tables and waiting areas must keep guests 6ft apart at a minimum. Many restaurants are requiring reservations at this time due to limited space, so do check directly.
