Another relatively small roster of license applicants at this months meeting. Again, it’s worth noting that no particularly license type is in short supply right now.
The main talking points are Cosmica, Talisman Brewing, and Grid City. The latter in South Salt Lake is home to the much loved Drunken Kitchen. The Taiwanese eatery has now been retooled with a full service restaurant license. That means the space is now all-ages friendly. The patio I believe, upstairs and on top, remains a 21+ only bar area.
Meanwhile Talisman in Ogden have ditched their tavern license for a full bar license, while Cosmica in the Central 9th have elected to become a 21+ only bar, switching out their previous restaurant license. As a reminder, I wrote about Cosmica in this preview piece last year.

- La Neta Utah, West Valley City
- Spitz Spanish, Spanish Fork
Beer only restaurant licenses
- El Puerto, Sandy
