Casot

French wines will be poured alongside small bites as Casot welcomes special guest, and wine importer Kelsey Laderriere. The menu is as follows:
- Ensalada camarones, chilled shrimp salad, avocado, piquillo pepper, tomato, olive oil, lime
- Flores ‘23, Picpoul, Languedoc, France
- Pan con tomate, house crystal bread, tomato, garlic, olive oil
- Nicolas Millet ‘2, rose of pinot noir, Loire, France
- Datiles, skewer of bacon-wrapped dates (3 dates), blue cheese, almond, spiced honey

Tickets are priced at $27 for pintxos, and $65 for wine pairings and are available online via Tock.

Rutherford Ranch Winery will be served alongside the following five-course menu:
- Maroon carrot tartare, smoked egg yolk mayo, sourdough shatter, aromatics, cornichons, herbs, served with montasio brioche
- Rutherford Ranch Sauvignon Blane
- Salt & cider crust roasted sablefish, melted leeks, sour apple butter, chardonnay emulsion, crispy leek tops, green apple

Scion Cider
September 10th, 7.00 p.m.
Daniel Moreland (aka Cactus Eater) returns to Scion Cider next month. Moreland previously appeared in March preparing a Mexican-informed dinner around the concept of “smoke” (pictured above). This time the name for the meal is “sour”. Five courses will be paired with curated fine ciders. Cost is $150 or $120 for food only. Tickets are available online here.

This Sugar House spot brings back its afternoon wine party for 2024, featuring over 40 natural and organic wines, as well as music and food. Tickets run $40-$60 and can be purchased online here.
The Road Home
