The Mandarin Restaurant in Bountiful is presently celebrating its yearly Spring Dumpling Festival. The event runs through till April 22nd. The Dumpling Festival showcases house made dumplings and pot stickers along with unique dipping sauces including, Lemony Shrimp Dumplings with Citrus Sauce, Salmon Chive Dumplings with Coconut Yellow Curry Sauce, Roast Duck Pot Stickers with Chili Plum Sauce, Chicken Pine Nut Pot Sticker with Soy Garlic-Ginger Sauce, Edamame “Xinjiang” Dumpling with Sesame Vinegar Sauce, Shrimp and Spinach Won Ton Soup with Snap Peas, Napa and Fresh Ginger. Each order will come with 2 dumplings and prices will range between $3.00 and $4.00 per order.
