Popular new restaurant Frida Bistro is set to open it’s doors for dinner tomorrow evening (Feb 6th). As reported previously, this new upscale Mexican eatery is owned and operated by Jorge Fierro of Rico foods; Rick Bruno (formerly of Meditrina) is heading up the kitchen, while Stephanie Bailey-Hatfield (formerly of Wild Grape Bistro) will be heading up wine and liquor.
