Uncle Jeffi’s opened in the Fall of 2023 in the former Pig & A Jelly Jar location in Holladay. Open daily 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m the restaurant is the work of Anny Sooksri – owner of the adjacent FAV Bistro (amongst many others).
