Emigration Brewery
The basics
Emigration Brewery is a craft brewer located in Salt Lake City. The brewery seeks to celebrate Emigration Canyon’s rich brewing history. Utah’s first brewery was founded at the mouth of Emigration Canyon in 1864 by Henry Wagener. The biggest brewery west of the Mississippi, it produced 100,000 barrels of beer per year.
