Update – June 30th: I told you this one was popular. A day later, the event is sold out. Wow. I asked the organisers if there was a chance to still grab any tickets and they tell me:
Guests who were unable to secure tickets are encouraged to join the official waitlist, as limited tickets occasionally become available. Organizers also note that additional programming will take place around Eat Drink SLC this season, with details to be announced. Updates will be shared via the event’s social channels and website.

Original post – June 29th: A quick heads up that Eat Drink SLC – the Summer’s premier food festival started selling tickets today. If you’ve enjoyed the event in the past or have always intended to check it out, now’s the time to buy tickets. If you fall into that latter camp, expect two nights of unlimited food tasting from some of the brightest in town – accompanied by dozens of wine tastings, beer options, and cocktails.

Hi, I’m Stuart, nice to meet you! I’m the founder, writer and wrangler at Gastronomic SLC. I’m a multiple-award winning journalist and have written in myopic detail about the Salt Lake City dining scene for the better part of seventeen years.
I’ve worked extensively with multiple local publications from Visit Salt Lake to Salt Lake Magazine, not least helped to consult on national TV. Pause those credits, yep, that’s me! I’m also a former restaurant critic of more than five years, working for the Salt Lake Tribune. I’m largely fueled by a critical obsession with rice, alliteration and the use of big words I don’t understand. What they’re saying about me: “Not inaccurate”, “I thought he was older”, “I don’t share his feelings”.
