When: Saturday, April 30, 2pm. to 7.30pm.

Who: Devilicious Food Truck, Torta Truck, So Cupcake
Where: R.C. Willey, 2301 S. 300 West, Salt Lake City
When: Saturday, April 30, between 11 am. and 3 pm.

Who: The Lime Truck
Where: No More Homeless Pets Super Adoption event taking place at PetSmart, 389 W. 1830 South
When: Saturday, April 30, and Sunday, April 1st, noon to 7 pm.

Who: Roxy’s Grilled Cheese
Where: 1588 South State
When: Sunday from 10:30 am. to 8 pm.

Who: Cafe con Leche
Where: Rico Market, 779 S. 500 East
When: Saturday, April 30, from 11 am. to 2:30 pm.

Who: Hodge Podge & ChowTruck (possible appearances by Korilla BBQ and Roxy’s Grilled Cheese too)

Hi, I’m Stuart, nice to meet you!  I’m the founder, writer and wrangler at Gastronomic SLC.  I’m a multiple-award winning journalist and have written in myopic detail about the Salt Lake City  dining scene for the better part of seventeen years.

I’ve worked extensively with multiple local publications from Visit Salt Lake to Salt Lake Magazine, not least helped to consult on national TV.   Pause those credits, yep, that’s me! I’m also a former restaurant critic of more than five years, working for the Salt Lake Tribune.    I’m largely fueled by a critical obsession with rice, alliteration and the use of big words I don’t understand.   What they’re saying about me: “Not inaccurate”, “I thought he was older”, “I don’t share his feelings”.
