We harvest and custom process beef, pork, lamb, sheep, goats and buffalo all at our facility located in Brigham City. We also do our own curing and smoking in house for all custom pork products including hams and bacon. Call us to schedule the first available appointment in 2022 to have your animal processed, our slaughter days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We schedule you to deliver your animal to us on Mondays and Wednesdays anytime between 9 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and we are closed from 12:30 to 1:30 for a lunch break.

From there the family has moved from Coos Bay Oregon to Southern California, where we had independent butcher shops for sixty years. In 1981 the family moved from Southern California to Ogden Utah and opened Snider Family Meats. Not long after, in 1992, we opened Snider Bros. Meats in Salt Lake City, Utah. While our family may have moved many times over the last six generations of our family we have always held to a common set of core principles that shape our business.
