Back Door on Edison Street
Back Door is a bar in downtown Salt Lake City. The bar sits behind the Laziz Kitchen space on 200 South and is owned and operated by the same team. The bar runs as a separate 21+ only bar, so you can happily swing by for just drinks. You can also order Mediterranean dishes into the bar from the adjoins Laziz too.
Back Door opened in the space that was once home to the Mortar & Pestle concept – the bar area that accompanied the Curry Up Now fast casual restaurant. The bar opened in September 2022 Sunday through Thursday, 5.00 p.m. – 10.00 p.m.
