Level Crossing Brewing Company will be the muse for Franck’s kitchen crew at this end of Summer bash. Price is $175 per person or $105 for food only. Menu for as follows:
- Long fin tuna tiradito, lacto fermented cucumber, sea salt cracker, funky chili, brick house sour
bagoni- Crypto Philly Sour
- Coriander scented honeydew melon, charred avocado whipped Drake’s Farm goat cheese, pistachio, spring onion dressing, raw sweet onion, mint

Pendry Park City
August 26th, 3.00 – 6.00 p.m.
At this Taste Of Pendry event guests are invited to sample “unlimited tastings from our Pendry Plaza dining locales – Dos Olas Cantina, KITA Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi, Apres Pendry, Disco Pizza & The Pool House Bar & Grill.”
Tickets for the casual reception-style outdoor event are priced $120 should you want the full experience which includes wristband with drink tickets for redemption at multiple bars. The event is family and pet friendly and also features live entertainment.
Emigration Cafe
August 27th, 6.00 p.m.
“Indie wine importer” Terrestoria’ Imports’ Stephanie Cuadra will lead guests through this dinner at Emigration Cafe; a line up of white wines will be poured alongside a five course menu. Cost is $85 per person or $45 for food only. Menu as follows:

Avenues Proper

The latest edition in the always fun series of beer pairing dinners that see’s the Avenues Proper team pull up several interesting and aged pours from their cellar. A four course menu is priced $45 for food and $25 for beer pairings. Menu as follows:
