Violet is a restaurant in the Highland Park neighborhood of SLC. The restaurant opened at the end of 2023 moving into the space vacated by the former Stratford Proper.
The restaurant bills itself as “elevated casual” featuring home-cooked, quality food in a cozy, inviting environment. In the owner’s own words, “It’s a place we feel, that anyone can get together, enjoy, relax and indulge!”
