The holiday season is marked by comfort foods and familiar flavors, as many winter festivities celebrate delectable eats and encourage indulgence in celebratory sweets and treats. Whether you’re looking for a spontaneous snack or an elaborate dessert this December, the following list has you covered.

Les Madeleines

The extensive holiday menu at Les Madeleines includes plenty of festive items such as buche de Noel (aka yule log), rugelach, eggnog eclair, and a Santa hat petit gateau. You can also visit their website for cookie platters, panettone, take-and-bake options, and more.

Ruby Snap

This month, Ruby Snap is serving three seasonal cookies instead of their usual two. First is Dottie, with a sour cream chocolate base and peppermint buttercream frosting. Second is Noel, with sweet potato, maple, milk chocolate, and pecan. And third is Scarlett, a classic red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

Publik Coffee

Publik Coffee’s holiday menu will keep you feeling warm and festive. This year, the special menu includes their Solstice Jubilee, with orange, chocolate, and pink peppercorn, the Snow Day, with white chocolate and peppermint, and the Harvest Moon, a house-made apple and pear cider. Another great holiday treat is their hot chocolate, which they top with a toasty marshmallow.

Goodly Cookies

There truly is nothing quite like a warm cookie on a cold winter day. Luckily, two of the six flavors currently available at Goodly Cookies are seasonal holiday favorites. First is a chewy iced gingerbread spice cookie, and second is a fudgy dark chocolate orange. And, if you’re not in the mood to venture out in the cold, Goodly will deliver warm cookies right to your door.

Normal Club

During the whole month of December, Normal Club is serving up some seriously unique holiday flavors like fresh mint, molasses, and rosemary and olive oil. And with two different menus, one for their truck and one for their storefront, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from. It’s a good thing, because sometimes even the coldest days call for ice cream.

Gourmandise The Bakery

In celebration of the holidays, Gourmandise has added eggnog bread pudding, eggnog cheesecake, and buche de noel to their menu. Additionally, they will continue to serve their fall items: pumpkin cheesecake and gluten free caramel mousse cake.

Dolcetti Gelato

This month, in addition to their delicious gelato selection, Dolcetti Gelato will have a variety of festive baked goods to choose from, including made-from-scratch French macarons and assorted holiday cookies.

Happy holiday indulging!
