The latest wine dinner from Sepncer’s in downtown Salt Lake, lets chef Michael Pleines again go wild with creativity. GM Jeremy Gow commented. The dinner limited to the first 24 people comprises an ecletic range of protein, swordfish to camel!
The seven course meal, menu below, will be paired with selections from Vine Lore Wine and Spirits. The price for this dinner is $80 for the food and $45 for the wine pairing.
